Course Outline for Prospective Students 2010/2011

Course Outline for Weekends 1 – 4 or Modules 1 – 2

In the first module we introduce you to Dru Yoga - to the basic principles, postures, sequences, pranayama, meditation, psychic and physical anatomy and physiology.  All of this is clearly explained in the first two course books.

During the months in between modules, you will be asked to study the relevant books and to follow a workplan which is a guide to what you need to practice.

In regular consolidation sessions we will review what you have learned so far and expand upon it.  You will need to bring your portfolio along with you to each module.
